FT7 Polar Heart Rate Monitor - Does anyone have?

Help I need some information. Does anyone have this FT7? The book is not real clear on this.
I have questions:
There are 2 placed of putting your Maxium heart rate.
One is in the TRAINN SETTINGS and I put 155
There is another one in the USER INFORMATION set up and it also ask the heart rate. Is that the lowest or the same rate?
