Eating Out Help!! :O

So we're dining out, at this place called Downtown Diner. We're getting the chicken platter to share (my family and I) which will have chicken pieces and fries. I will of course try to pick off the skin, but I'm the kind of person who will eat what is put in front of her (and I'd really like to save my cheat day for this weekend!! =[) Unfortunately I can't pull out of this one =P

I just wanted to know what the calories might be in each piece of chicken listed below, so I can choose wisely;
Thigh
Wing
Breast
Leg
And also in 1 fry? (so I can just calculate the total by keeping track of how many I eat)
Thanks guys!

  • You can find all of the info on MFP. Just build your meal by selecting items you just listed to get a general idea. The only thing I know is that 1 oz of chicken breast is around 50 cals and one chicken drum can be up to 180 cals, depends on the size and whether or not you eat the skin.

    Can tell you that the wing is the least healthy part of chicken but you'll have to look up details.

    I had a thigh and wing, 16 crinkle cut fries, and about 1/4-1/3 cup coleslaw. I just tracked it all as if it were from KFC. Hm, the only thing I went over on was protein for today...

    If I'm good and strict the rest of the week (2 days...) can I have my cheat day Saturday? XD
