Last 10lbs to gooooo! Need help!

Who havent heard that the last 10 lbs is the hardest to loose?

Is there anybody out there who has been stuck around 150lbs the last 2 years and found a way to make it work? I am not going for skinny but it would like some definition. Tried zig zag diet, low carb, high calorie, low calorie, 2-3-4 times working out with weights or cardio. Nothing works....NOTHING

I can get some sucess with low carb diet, but it comes back straight away when i am off the low carb and back to normal.

    Maybe try IF (intermittent fasting) check out thehodgetwins on youtube and look at their IF vids.
