so...i did 300 jumping jacks... and i tried to see howm any calories that burned so i could enter it here, the most average answer was a little over 1 calorie per jumping jack - however, i felt like 300 was really HIGH for them...so i put 184... is that still overestimating? I just made up a random time cuz i don't remember how long it took me to do them....

put in your weight and go down to jumping jacks. put however long you did them and keep going down and click calculate. when the next page comes up it will tell you what you burned. come back to mfp, go to your exercise, click add exercise. TYPE in jumping jacks. when it pops up click add an exercise to the database. then type in jumping jacks at (your weight) lbs. then type in how long you did them, and for calories put down what that website said. it is HIGHLY accurate! then from then on every time you do jumping jacks until you lose like 5 lbs, click that one and it will automatically calculate it according to what you put in today!0
