3 weeks to my beach body

So I'm not looking for a crash diet and I know 3 weeks is a short time but...

What can I do to get my body more beach ready? I'm going to try to stick with my 1200 calories as I do see the numbers go down on the scale but that doesn't mean that my inches are decreasing really.
I am also healing from a tibial plateau injury, I am full weight bearing but my knee still is recoverying which means no quick leg movements like jogging and I don't have full range of motion so a lot of my favourite things to do are out (like hot yoga). Swimming maybe, but I feel like that is going to aggrevate my knee too.

I need help please!!!
