Hey Guys,
I'm always on the lookout for new ab exercise's and came across this one a couple weeks ago! I've been doing it for the last week and a bit, and It's the best ab routine I have come across so far. I'm already seeing a major change, and I've been doing it in moderation so far (15 reps of each move instead of 25). It's pretty intense, but I thought I'd share it with you in case anyone else is looking for a great ab workout.

This is basically the P90x AbRipper workout (minus an exercise). It is a great workout though, keep it up and you will be to 25 reps in no time!0
