Hello, I'm Poincetta and I need to loose 50 pounds...I began to log my calories yesterday. I found that it is fun to log in your calories, in addition you can keep track of your intake of food. We'll see how do I do this! Please help me...

I am SO glad my co-workers told me about this site. I've been telling everyone! It really is fun to log your calories and not only that, you are actually seeing what is going into your body on a daily basis... Vitamin C, calcium, fat, carbs.... you name it, it's there! MFP has been a real eye-opener for me and such a help. Good luck with your journey!0
