turkey drumstick calorie count

hi , ive been to a ton of websites and having trouble logging my calorie count for one of my favorite dinners .... i buy a package of 2 turkey drumsticks.. package usually weighs about 2.2lbs ...
for dinner i remove the skin from one turkey drumstick and i steam it without adding any sauces , sometimes just spices ..and i obviously dont eat the bone ...
im bad with all the metric systems such as grams, oz and whatever... any ideas what my calorie count is for this one turkey drumstick?
thanks

Get a food scale mine does grams and ounces so I can use either one. Unless they are exactly the same size it would be just a guessing game. When I can't find a food on here or a food has to many widely different calorie listings I google the food nutrition and find it that way. Good luck

According to http://www.thatsfit.com/2009/11/25/turkey-leg-how-many-calories/ it is approx 417 cals (minus 60 if you remove the skin). She puts the weight on there, but says it is an average size leg not a huge one.

Weigh it before you eat it (after it's cooked) and then weigh it again when you're done (the bone.) Subtract and you'll know how much meat you ate.
