Shoulder instability and NROLFW?

I have very loose shoulders. So much so, that holding something heavy in a certain way will pull my shoulders half out of socket if I let it. Even an odd shiver can pull one out. They can hurt a little when I sleep on my side if I don't stretch and rotate them often. I have never fully dislocated either of them. I can get my hips to do something similar, but I have never had any problems or pain with them.
I am concerned about some of the shoulder presses or other exercises making the problem worse, especially if some muscles get stronger, faster than others creating an imbalance. Has anyone done heavy lifting with shoulder instability? I want to start NROLFW in the next week or so. Should I add, subtract, or modify any exercises? I'm getting confusing answers with a google search.
I cannot get a PT or see a sports or regular doctor about this now, because I am in China for the next 5 months.

china has physical therapist too
i had different instability where i had a limited range of motion in one of my shoulders. i basically did a bunch of rehab exercises to help with ROM. not sure what you'd do for a too loose shoulder. you'd definitely want to get that worked out before starting NROL4W. i dont even want to imagine what would happen once you got to the 1 armed DB snatches0 -
Personally, I would wait to start the program until you get an okay from a doctor.0

Hopefully this link will work for you. It's a short quiz on technique then some clips from a shoulder injury specialist showing how to perform proper technique when doing shoulders.0 -
I can freely dislocate my right shoulder and hip.
I make sure I keep them in their sockets while lifting, for obvious reasons.0 -
rotator cuff strengthening. those muscles support the shoulder socket.0

I'm sure China does have them, but it wouldn't be covered by my US insurance. I know when I'm close to having my shoulders slip, so I think if I go slow and watch my form, I'll be ok. I was hoping someone would say that they had this problem and it got better (or worse) with a certain exercise.0

It's never been an issue, but then, concentrating on keeping your shoulder in it's socket when pressing is something everyone should be practising.0
