Vacation w my non dieting family

I'm nervous about going on vacation with my husband and kids this week. We are driving to Orlando and doing the theme park thing. My husband (who isn't dieting) tells me I can't diet on vacation because it will irritate him if they are all eating burgers and fries and I'm having a salad with chicken breast. He says just to enjoy everything and take a week off. My kids aren't very supportive either, they think whenever they have something sweet or fatty they have to talk me into having some too. (It's like an after school special on peer pressure lol) I'm not going to argue with them but I'm also not taking a week off. And now I'm even more worried I'll gain weight this week. We'll have a full kitchen in our hotel and I'm packing healthy snacks for the car ride so at least some of the time we won't be eating out. Any tips on eating healthier at restraunts?

You can do this don't stress. I did Orlando in May with all meals being provided for us but made up for the extra calories walking all day in the theme parks. No one I was with was dieting and I did lose that week also. Went camping in June with my hubby and kids took extra long walks around the lake ate smores and everything else camp worthy and lost weight then also. I did gain 2 lbs at the shore with my sister and her family in August though but I am throwing that up to the alcohol i consumed. Just make good choices !Have a great time. I am heading back to Orlando in December without stressing ...
