How to determine proper activity level

I am just wondering if I have the proper activity level set...I currently am set to lightly active, however honestly my activity level varies (sometimes by a lot) on a day-to-day basis. Some days I am sitting at my desk for 90% of my day while at work and others I am on the go constantly. This is the same at home, sometimes I am up & down all day (doing laundry, letting the dog out, cleaning, etc.) and other days I come home and don't move too far off the couch. Do you change your activity levels daily?
P.S. as of today it seems I have lost approx. 6lbs since 9/3/12 (however I don't do my official weigh in until either Thursday or Friday each week)

Yay, that is awesome! Congrats on the loss.
Google "zig zag calorie calculator" and plug in your numbers. It can create a chart that you eat more on some days, less on others. It comes out the same at the end of the week but you're eating more when you need to, less when you don't and have an easier time keeping track0
