    I been here 145 days!! Yay me.!!!! I exercise 5 to 6 times a week and I eat around 1800 calories that's counting my exercise calories.

    No I started by eating 1200 then I starting adding more

    all i can say is WOW.. it took me almost 10.5 months to lose 10 lbs... i am 5ft 2 inches. i never thought it was going to be so hard to lose 20 lbs...
