Workout Help

Until recently I have been doing 30 mins just cardio (stationary bike) 4-5 days a week. It has been recommended to me recently that i should incorporate some strength/resistance training into my regime so i have started to do this this week. I am wondering if anyone can tell me if what I am doing is enough...
I have a 3kg kettlebell (yes i know it's a girly weight but at the moment it's all i have). Here's an example of my workout from today...
Quick warm-up/stretches (about 5 mins or so)
Kettlebell work:
8 sets of kettlebell swings
8 sets of squats
8 sets of tricep extensions (4 each side)
8 sets of russian twists
8 sets of crunches
(each set was 20 secs of each exercise with 10 secs rest in between)
10 mins of cardio on stationary bike.
Is this enough for a beginner?

I would incorporate some shoulder work, back work and chest work. For example for shouldersu; kettle bell shoulder press, shoulder raise, lateral raise. For back; bent over rows. For chest; do some push ups, start on your knees and work the reps up. Make sure the last few reps are very challenging where you are starting to lose good form, if its too easy increase resistance, weight or reps. I would rec co mend investing in some heavier weights or joining agym. Awesome job! The firat step is starting ! Forgive me if I left amleaving anything out. And sorry for spelling errors im on my phone and its a pain0
