How many g of carb?

Just wondering how many grams of cards you would suggest being on if you're on a low carb diet?

I'd like to know as well - my doc just suggested I shift to low-carb eating, as I'm having difficulty losing weight.

Just concerned because I feel great having started up my exercise again and thinking my diet needs a reboot to, like if your on say 1300 calories a day but a lot of it is from carbs is it really going to make any difference?..advice be appreciated

set protein to 1g of target bodyweight
set fat to .4-.5g/bodyweight

Carbs can be used to fill out the rest of your caloric requirements. How many carbs your eat, then, is a function of how many calories you're eating, i.e., how active you are.
