How to log these things...

Hi everyone!
So I have a workout DVD that has a half-hour core strength training section.
Any idea what I would log that under?

Also, next week I'm going to be helping my friend decorate a new house. Lots and lots of painting which I know from experience is a good workout when you spend all day doing it!
So is there any pre-set thing I could log that under or would I have to add that myself & look up the calories burned online?
