HELP Crave late night eating???

I recently started working a second job. I get off from my full-time job at 4:00 and have to be at the part-time job by 4:30. I work there until 10:00 p.m. Lately, I am having a serious problem with not eating when I get home at 10:00 and there is literally no time for me to grab something between jobs.

Anyone have ideas on how to curve or stop my need to eat at 10:00 p.m. when I get home????? Thanks.

    Take a relaxing bath.
    Hop in bed.

    1) Save calories by not eating as many calories during the day.
    2) Eat when you get home.

    I preallocate 220 calories for an evening snack at the beginning of the day... Usually a protein shake.
    Preallocating seems to be quite a popular method from reading other forum posts.

    the best advice i ever got on here...

    remember that it takes a few weeks to form a habit...so i say just resist the temptation knowing that the first week will be hell...then each day after that will be easier. then eventually it will be habit. :)
