anyone use the Tanda for acne?

Getting frusterated with all the meds and washes for my "Adult" acne, waiting list for my dermotologist of 6 months.....nothing is working, just wondering if anyone has used The Tanda anti-acne light therapy for their acne and if it worked? They are expensive, want to hear some feedback before shelling out the money
