GLUTEN FREE and HIGH CARB

I started running again and am famished all day long!! I drink tons of water, lots of protein, but dont think I do enough carbs. Does any one have food suggestions that fit this criteria: gluten free, high in fiber, low cal, but good carbs?
I am thinking lentils and quinoa...any other ideas??? Thanks guys
