UK runners, recommend me a jacket

Hi,

I recently did the GSR half marathon but due to my asthma I'm struggling to keep up my running in the cold weather. Can anyone recommend a decent running jacket to keep the wind out and possibly keep the rain off. I'm really short of money right now so I'm ideally looking for something under £50 if possible.

I bought a Brooks Hi Viz jacket from Sports Shoes dot com for about £33 the week before last; it's lovely and soft and very good at insulating!
