Liquid breakfast/Energy drink

Today for breakfast I mixed a medium coffee from McDonald's with sugar free vanilla syrup and a cup of skim milk with some vanilla whey protein powder. It was very good and made about two cups of latte. It has given me energy and really filled me up.

It is only 230 Calories and very low in fat. I don't have the exact numbers but I wanted to post this for anyone that enjoys coffee and Whey protein.

:)

That sounds good. You turned something most of us love, the coffee, into something more healthy,...with the whey protein powder. Thanks for the post!

The protein actually prolongs the energy effects of the coffee.. It is like I am kind of on crack. lol. I don't drink coffee much.

Yea, I really like how you said that your creation really fills you up with the whey protein powder. That's great incentive to try it right there! Plus, it tastes great and gives you extra energy.

Sounds good, I'll have to try it.I have a hard time getting in enough protein as it is. I've been putting pumpkin pie spices in my grinds, probably not a good idea with chocolate, though!
