Hi, my name is Tamara, and I am a food-a-holic. I love cheese, and I refuse to substitute low fat versions. Also, a protein hound, hypoglycemic so I have to eat often. Also, low blood pressure so I crave salt, which is theraputic to my blood pressure but not that great of a weightloss aid. Generally I eat healthily during the day, but binge at dinnertime. I love to cook! I'm about 30 pounds overweight, mostly d/t the fact that I am friends with the cafeteria director who brings me wonderful treats. BTW, she is SKINNY. How does that work?? I lost all of this weight 7 years ago, got buff with a personal trainer, dated my personal trainer, lost touch with fitness, stopped eating and lost more weight, then gained it all back. This time, the weight is not coming off easilly, and I find myself struggling with excercise b/c the weight is hurting my feet. Bleeck! Time to get serious.
