I wanted to share my 5 month story that has really worked for me. I have been lifting weights for about two years and have never really seen my muscles exposed. MyFitnessPal has been the MAIN reason I was able to achieve these results. It is SOO easy to use and with the proper workout plan, I achieved these results.
