Well, that's not why I clicked but I guess we have to talk protein bars instead.
I don't know what recipe you are referring to but I made mine (protein balls - table spoon size) with oats, peanut butter and protein powder and they came out pretty hard after staying in the fridge for an hour or so.
What are you adding to yours?0 -

I've made the ones I found on www.marksdailyapple.com and they were great... yes they're low carb, but really tasty and not too soft, still quite workable...0

how are you rubbing these out?
Really the key is technique. Use long smooth strokes and work the bar to the end. That should solve your issue.0 -
