Hello People!
Well I'd like to know what you all suggest on this topic. I have a slight cold. I don't feel tired or sluggish yet. However, I do have congestion and a cough. I generally work out 5 days a week. I took yesterday off. Today is my scheduled work out. But, should I skip it until I fully get better?

Only you can answer that. If you have energy - then get a small workout in. If you can feel a bigger cold coming on - then up your Vit C and fluids and get some rest!0

If you're sick, take the day off and rest. Recovery is at least half (if not more) of the exercise. You probably need more recovery today than anything.0

Above the neck, workout.
Below the neck, rest.0 -
