I have choose Friday for my weigh in date. I am not focussed on any number per week to loose ,but wanted to keep track so I know I am on the right track.
I have eaten really good for the past 2 weeks ( using mfp as a guide and also using the Canadas food guide), and gone to the gym 3-4 times per week. I feel energetic, sleep really well at night, no more back pain, no headaches, and this alone is great.
So when I hoped on the scale I was so surprised. I lost 5 pounds this week. WOW.
I guess I am doing something right.
