Hello from a newbie!

Finally I input my info and now I'm ready to get started. I just discovered this website and I'm truly excited. Fitday is great but I'm hoping that this combo of food logging with a stated goal that can be adjusted is able to break my plateau. I'm an active exerciser who just finished P90x and I'm currently following Cathe friedrich workouts on Fittv and with other dvds. I'm hoping to obtain great results through exercise and this website. Looking forward to hearing from other newbies and of course experienced users.
