Wild Game - Goose Meat???

So my husband just went and had a billion lbs of goose meat turned into meat sticks - they're DELISH, however I have no clue what the nutrition facts would be on those bad boys. Anyone have a clue how I'd find something like that out? I have been googling and finding nada.

LOL!!!!! Shanks for the giggle! It's like a beef stick, you know, like you'd get with a bloody mary or grab at the gas station (slim jim) however it's made with goose instead of beef.

This one is domestic but probably not too far off.

Don't forget all the sodium they probably put in :)

Wish I could get low-salt jerky in Canada.

Goose is a lot like duck - in that it is a fattier, darker meat than other poultry. I'd go with numbers you would find for duck.
