protein - where did it all go?

For a while I was doing good on my 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat ratio, and then suddenly its been hard lately to get enough protein. My eating habits went to heck for about 2 weeks - I thought I was 'back on the wagon', but now I feel like my diet is all out of whack. I am guessing it has something to do with not having yogurt or light string cheese in the house (which I used to eat a lot of), but eating a lot of almonds and granola bars - which are ok on the protein, but also have a lot of carbs and fat.

So, I'm just wondering if anybody else out there ever had something similar happen - where you feel like you are eating 'healthy', but can't quite get your stats in line...
