The cold is coming on..HELP!

So Hello! Today I woke up and I felt a quit hot tempruture in my body till noon and then at night my throat started to feel sore. I feel like I'll have cold soon! what should I do? please help me with your tips. I'd be thankful if anyone replied :-)
P.s I do insanity so I can't stop working out .

your cold is from running outside when it's chilly. duh.

Or make a big pot of spicy hot curry with lots of fresh ginger and tumeric! Even better since the red pepper helps clear your sinuses AND it tastes fantastic!0 -

I'm going to suggest you stop working out so hard. You're not helping your body fight off an infection by stressing it. But you didn't want to hear that, so..
Drink a bottle of nyquil. At least you won't be able to feel much.0
