Newbie here

Hello, I've been here a little while but just have not posted in here. I've been working out for several years now. I got tired of people (like family) telling me how "pregnant" I looked, when I wasn't. I got tired of feeling... tired. I wasn't extremely overweight but it was enough that I knew I had to do something before it grew into bigger issues that I really don't need.

I have an autistic teenager and although he keeps me busy, I find exercising really does help control stress levels. Now, the family members that had told me I "looked pregnant" cannot say that anymore. I still have work to do but I'm much better than I was. :)
