Well I just started on this site and really I have a long way to go (about 50 pound left to lose) but I was just looking for some motivation or friends cause I'm not very good at doing things like this on my own and none of my friends are looking to lose any weight.
Also wondering if 1100 calories a day is too low ?? Its what ive been eating for the past few days and I dont really feel hungry or anything.

    As to your question 1100 calories is low. You can function like that for a few days, but your body really needs more than that just for basic organ functioning and walking. MFP probably put you at 1200, and eating back exercise calories. If you browse the forums at all you'll find lots of information about how to figure out the optimal calorie intake.

    1100 calories is really low my love. I recommend that you up them to atleast 1300-1500. At those numbers you can still successfully lose weight without having to worry about long term complications. Make sure that you are eating good quality foods because you need all the nutrition you can get while maintaining such a low calorie intake.

    How much weight are you looking to lose? How tall are you, weight, age..etc? You can PM message me if you don't want to share and I can help you figure out where your intake should be.

    Hello!

    I have just found this site too, and looking to lose roughly the same as you! Thought we could keep other updated on our progress, as I could do with the support and motivation to keep going with weight loss! =)

    I have calculated on this website that i need the same calorie intake to lose a steady rate?!

    Any pointers you have come across this week, that could help start me off? =)
