Needs some help please! Im looking for the best whey protien for my schedule and calorie limits, which is pretty restricted due to my work schedule.
Monday: off
Tuesday: 50 minutes lifting / 10 minutes sprinting intervals
Wednesday: 45 minute cardio / elliptical
Thursday:50 minutes lifting / 10 minutes burpee intervals
Friday: 45 minutes cardio / elliptical
Saturday: off
Sunday: 50 minutes lifting / 10 minutes jump rope intervals
My daily allotted calories set by MFP is 1290 which is pretty tough for me to stay under on my days off since i wont be earning any calories back. On the days where I lift i only get the 10 minutes of interval work calories back, so i don't gain much their either. On My cardio days I usually gain about 400 calories.
I am looking for a whey protein powder to help me continue to trim fat and build muscles to eventually burn fat faster without destroying my calorie intake. I need to find the best protein with the smallest caloric intake so i don't feel like im starving by 9am (usually workout at 0500) I eat Greek yogurt for breakfast and plan to continue that because it fills me up fairly well and is high in protein. Is there a good whey protein with low calories? Please help since i read that Whey is a important ingredient in building my fat burning furnace. If you are looking for more information let me know and ill respond ASAP.
Thanks!

I would suggest a whey protein isolate such as Nature's Best Isopure Low Carb. It is 110 Cal per scoop with 25g of protein per scoop. But it is fairly expensive, but comes in a 7.5 lb tub.0
