    So, how did everyone do on day 1/2?

    I completed the first dvd today and boy was it tough...

    I was ok to begin with, but had to take breaks throughout and towards the end with the "drills" I was really struggling!

    Looks like I have poor upper body strength as anything push up related is near impossible for me...

    Does anyone have any tips fpr improving in this area?
