Struggling with how to track my Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam DVDs. Been doing it as low-impact aerobics? :grumble:

    There is an exercise called abs; vigorous...something like that. Maybe that would apply? I have a hard time with that too. I do boot camp stuff sometimes and I track it as regular aerobics, but I know it's more calorie burn than that because it's the same intensity as doing like a turbo kick class.
