does anyone in here use a bike trainer or stand in order to use their regular bike indoors throughout the winter months?
I am looking for recommendations on some affordable ones, as well as a little bit of information on how most of them work.

I took up cycling as my main exercise in March. I decided to go with a recumbent exercise bike for winter. The heavy flywheel and built in heart rate monitor appealed to me. Go to a large bike shop and they should be able to help you out. Also go to a store selling exercise equipment and try out the stationary bikes, both upright and recumbent.0
