Hey everyone - I'm brand spankin' new to this site and hoping to acquire some awesome, supportive buddies to help me stay on track with my health and fitness goals. Of course, I'd give the same support right back.
A little about myself and my goals if you're interested:
25 year old female, 5'5"
Currently a pretty flabby 140 and looking to be an awesomely toned 125-130.
I've lost about 30 pounds verrrrry slowwwwly over the past few years by making minor tweaks to my diet and lifestyle, but I really want to develop a daily fitness routine and better eating habits.... time to dust off ye olde cookbooks!
