Biggest loser

Hi everyone

I weighed in for the biggest loser competition at my job on monday..any hints tips/ are much appreciated..my food diary is open... i don't eat meat..and don't intend to so we will leave that part out lol..

my work out so far is 5 times a week..rpm at least 3 of those, i walk 50 mins a day on my break at work and aim to do two body pump and maybe an muay thai or jujitsu class and possibly a bikram yoga...wow can that all fit in a week lol
