Im in "time out" (from the scale!)

from the scale that is. but just for a week. baby steps! my question is for those who try to keep away from it. how do u do it?!

    I don't but I only weigh once in the am right when I get up, before eat or drink and after going to the toilet...and I do this about the same time everyday........then Sunday is my weigh in day.....
  • Put your scale in an inconvenient location. That way the only reason you have to go there is to weigh in. If you constantly pass by you could be tempted to weigh yourself even though It has only been a day or two.

    I have learned that the scales me unhappy so instead i focus on how I look and how my clothes fit.
    Throw them away and start measuring your body instead.
