7 day oatmeal healthy challenge

I am starting a 7 day challenge. I have been working on adding more fiber to my diet and I want to people to join in. We would eat 5-6 meals a day. 2 times a day we would eat oatmeal and try to include more lean protein such as chicken, turkey or fish.
A typical day would look like this
Pre Breakfast Banana, Oatmeal , Hard Boiled Eggs, Juice
Breakfast Cottage Cheese w/fruit or Yogurt No Fat
Snack Sunflower Seeds/Nuts
Lunch Grill Chicken w/spinach or green vegetable
Snack Turkey Sandwich w/100% Whole Wheat Bread w/fruit l
Dinner Oatmeal with Blueberries and Apple Sauce Natural
Feel free to add in ideas to help each other feel like they have multiple choices to eat.
