Hi... Scared Newbie!!!!

My name is Ela. I have been struggling to loose weight for the past 6 years. I always had difficulty with my weight due to the fact that my family never took me serious whenever I decide to go on a diet. They always made fun of my eight instea of being a support system. At this moment, I am trying to chane my lifestyle by starting a healthy path regimen which will consist of me working out regularly, eating less junk food or take-out, and keeping track of my food intake. I am doing this regimen because I am tired of watching myself deteriorate for the worse. My family history has an increas rate of diabetes and high scholesterol so I'm trying to skip the gene tool. All I need now is help. The main problem I have with my weight loss is not being motivated enough to workout on the regular. I always seem to come up with excuses to why I can't work out today or tomorrow. The longer I make excuses the more weight I will gained. Have you notice I still haven't mention how much I weight that because I don't know but I plan on adding it the following day. With that being said I plan on recording my meals and workout to this site to keep me on the right track. It will be nice if I can find friends that would like too add me for support ... So please help !!!
