weight lifting and weight loss

hi all,

so i have been lifting weights 3 times a week with cardio the other 3 for about 7 weeks now. i havent lost or gained any weight. ive lost inches but not actual pounds. dont get me wrong im happy about the inches but i am just wondering when my weight will start to drop as well. i stay around 2000 calories on the days i workout and 1800 on days i dont. any info would be greatly appreciated
