losing weight after having a baby

I just recently had a baby and Im not sure what kinds of exercises I can do and how far I should push myself. Also with winter coming and I wont be able to walk outside what I can do inside to help me get off my lazy butt and work out. Being a new mom is hard to find the time and motivation. Any advice?
