dijion Chicken at applebees

So I am trying to be good friends demand we go out to eat so we went to applebees and I am struggling with what to order talk to the waitress she said you want the dijion chicken with portabella mushrooms skip the potatos and go with brocoli. It was awesome and only 360 callories low carbs as well. Anyone else have a dish they order when out that is healthy like this

    I love that that place has great options!!! I usually get the streak and shrimp off the 550 cals section. Doesn't even feel like I'm on a diet because I'm eating steak and shrimp haha :)
