Hey guys. This is me at the end of high school. I was somewhere between 200 and 215 lbs, 5'3".
And this is me now, about 155.
I'd still love to lose another 15 or 20 lbs! Some days I forget how far I've come, but when I see pictures it's undeniable. It took a lot of hard work, but it was well worth it. I've always just taken it 5 or 10 lbs at a time, and it's worked for me!
Here's to the next 5 lbs! And the 5 after that too! (;

I hope you are every bit as proud as you deserve to be, you did awesome. I agree with everyone who said you're beautiful before and after. But you set a goal, 5 pounds at a time, and 60 lbs later you accomplished a great achievement and I am impressed.0

why I NEVER looked as good as girls starting at the same weight (same height, almost)??? :grumble:

Phenomenal job and great dedication. I know how hard you have to work to get there. It took me two years to lose 60 lbs as well, and I just want you to know you can maintain this for life if you choose.
