Pumpkin/Vanilla Smoothie Here's a new yummy creation: I baked in oven at 350 degrees for an hour a small pumpkin sprinkled with cinnamon. I then scooped out the pumpkin and frigded it. In a blender I placed 2 4oz containers of Dannon light vanilla yogurt, added the cooled pumpkin 1 cup, sprinkled 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, 1 banana and 1/2 tsp of vanilla added ice and blended. Added a little water to thin it down slightly. Poured in 2 8 oz glasses and sprayed non fat whip cream on top! 163 calories each glass!
