Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks
Let's do 2 minutes of them.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.
Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

I have never done those before! Watched YouTube and I will do them today at the gym! OK... Two minutes.

omg-so out of shape, but did it.
it took me 4 breaks-so i did 30 seconds at a time....

DONE!
I Googled it and found a site with a description and pics (http://www.thecampanil.com/weekly-fitness-tip-the-mummy-kick/). They looked like something I could do in my office so I knocked them out on my break. These are great for stretching out my legs after the squats I did this morning (week 3, day 2 of the 200 squat challenge) while getting my heart rate up. I'm going to try and do 2 min more on my lunch, and again on my afternoon break.
