back to basics

Hi to all, After many years of dieting and joining every club going i have decided to go back to basics. No free foods, points or syns!!! Counting calories is going to be the way forward. I travel to India in 6 1/2 weeks so would like to loose at least 7 lbs before i go. Am also doing 30 Shred to tone up.
