I just found out about the MFP app for ipod and stuff and tried it out...Why did I not know that before?? That is soo neat!! Makes tracking some things so much easier and faster....Too cool!

Yep, it is cool, nifty to just be able to scan a UPC.....just be sure and double check what you're scanning.....I usually skim over the label to make sure MFP matches what the label shows......came into only a handful of situations where the label was different from MFP......from the serving size (can be a big difference....) to little stuff....like Fiber.....Sodium, etc. being "off"
