Hi All,

My name is Doug and I am 55 soon to retire with plans to live a much healthier lifestyle than I did during my career. I have already lost 41 pounds in about 4 months! (From 248 to 207 pounds). My goal weight is 155 which I hit 12 years ago. This is going to take a lot of motiviation so add me as a friend! Currently running or bicycleing daily and just added in weights and ab work this week.

    I retired in April and I'm loving it. I know you can reach your current goals and more.
    I've met so many new people since I've been retired too; something I didn't expect. There's so many more options when you are home during the day.
