Cake and Ice-cream...

For the past 2 weeks I have been doing really good. I have been working out 3 to 4 times a week. Everyday I have been eating under my calorie goals and most times I don't include the calories for exercising. I try my best to stay below my base 1430 calorie goal. So, today I am taking my children to a birthday party and I am a sucker for cake and ice-cream. I just want to know if I have cake and ice-cream this evening would it be messing up my weight loss plan?

Of course you can! I believe it's important to not cut any particular food completely out. I know if I do that, I'll never succeed! Work the calories into your day, and enjoy yourself! :)

I do.. in fact, I pizza twice this week. A little tip, there is NO reason to stay below your weight goal and in fact, over time that can back fire on you as your metabolism will adapt and slow down. If your goal is 1430 and then you exericse, you shoudl fuel your body with at least the 1430 and 50% of the exercsie calories.
